Farm Shop

Our Deli-Style farm shop is housed in the old granary building and is looking really spectacular.

Fruit & Vegetables - The shop features fresh local vegetables and fruits, the range will change naturally with the seasons. We are working closely with Stuarts Foods who are wholesalers with a difference, in that they specialise in locally grown produce. Together we are developing a range of pre-packed convenience products, but with the local food element as paramount.

Fresh Meat - We a full range of locally sourced meat available, from animals kept on our own farm and other farms in the locality. We have assembled a small group of North Yorkshire Farmers and Butchers which will allow us to provide full provenance on each pack of fresh meat allowing you to identify which farm the animal was from. Although our meat will all be pre-packed, we have a very close working relationship with our Butchers, special requests and orders can be catered for promptly.

Cooked Meats and Cheeses - Yorkshire has many famous cheeses, many of which are available from our deli counter, if your favourite isn't there, please ask and we will do our best to get some! We hope to work closely with our butchers to choose and develop some innovative cooked meats. By selection of the most appropriate joints and methods, we hope to achieve some amazing flavours. Of course there are plenty of experts already producing artisan products within the local region, we hope to stock the best of their efforts!

Bakery - We have been fortunate to recruit one of the best confectioners in the area, who has many years experience in producing quality products. Together we intend to build on this reputation and make our Farm Bakery renowned throughout the region.

We have met many other suppliers through our own Farming  contacts, and also through the Regional Food Group for Yorkshire and Humber. We hope to amaze and surprise you with the food that our region has to offer.
